Reservation Deposit Required -

More than 30 days out – 50% with the balance paid in full at least 30 days prior to occupancy.

Less than 30 days out – 100% of balance due at time of booking.

Cleaning Fee Required -

A cleaning fee of $100 is required at time of reservation.

Damage Deposit Required -

All guests are responsible for any damages to the premises or missing items during their stay.

A $200 ($400/month) security deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in. Upon inspection after departure, if no damage has occurred and there are no missing items, your deposit will be fully refunded. If there is a problem, we will contact you after inspection.

Cancellation/Refund Policy -

More than 30 days out – Full refund will be given.

Less than 30 days out – No refund unless re-rented then full refund less $100.00 cancellation fee.
